Twice a year, in April and October, the Shamrock Alumni Newsletter is mailed free of charge to all St. Patrick alumni. The Class of 1974 held their 35-year reunion on Saturday, September 12, 2009, on the Michigan Princess Riverboat in Lansing. 13 classmates attended, including exchange student Frieda Van De Voorde from Belgium, and one teacher, Barry Horne. Everyone agreed that it was a nice evening, and the classmates had the entire riverboat to themselves. Jan Horne even taught the women a few dance moves. The class has already decided that their 40th reunion will be held at the Wagon Wheel.
The Class of 1999 held their 10-year reunion on Sat, July 18 in Pewamo. The day began with a golf scramble at Huckleberry Golf Course followed by dinner at the Oakwood Lounge. The classmates had a great time together and would like to thank both of the businesses for their hospitality.
The Class of 1969 began their 40-year class reunion with a golf outing Saturday afternoon, August 22. The celebration moved to the Oakwood Lounge in Pewamo, where 19 classmates, along with spouses, caught up to date with each other and shared stories of “remember when…”

Twenty one members of the Class of 1984 gathered on September 19 to celebrate their 25-year reunion. The day started with golf at Portland Country Club, then they moved to the home of Andy Thelen where they enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Mark Simon. They spent the evening around the bonfire reminiscing and sharing great Shamrock stories.

The Class of 1989 held their 20-year reunion on Saturday, August 1 at the Oakwood Lounge in Pewamo. Special guest at the reunion was Daniel Kolb, who attended St. Pat’s as an exchange student from Germany. Daniel lived with Tom and Geri Simon for the 1988-89 school year.
