•We have purchased curriculum materials from Financial Peace University so that we can offer a personal finance class to our high school students. We are going to require Sophomores to take this class in the second sememster of the school year. We have chosen this age and grade because this is the time in a high school student's life where personal finance begins to become important. They begin to get jobs and drivers licenses, and start to think about life after high school. we want to make sure our students are completely prepared for life beond high school when they graduate.
•Sixth grade students will move upstairs and become part of the Middle School.
•St. Patrick School will follow the Grand Rapids Diocesan calendar for the 2009-10 school year.
•We will have football and cheerleading for the 5& 6 and 7 & 8 grades this year.
